HSS Study Trip Scheme is a scheme where you attend a paid workshop, conducted by a professional external party, on behalf of the HSS for the purpose of picking up new skills in the industry.
HSS will fund the workshop and in exchange, you will impart new skills and ideas to the HSS executive committee.
You get to learn new skills for free, and help the HSS professionalise as an organisation.
4 steps to take part:
1) Propose a professional training workshop to the HSS executive committee (info@humanist.org.sg), who will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
2) Upon approval, you can proceed to register and pay for the workshop.
3) You can submit the receipt to HSS treasurer (treasurer@humanist.org.sg) and we will reimburse half the cost first.
4) Upon successful completion of the workshop and the satisfactory imparting of skills to the HSS executive committee, the HSS treasurer will reimburse the workshop fees in full.
