At Pink Dot 2022, the Humanist Society (Singapore) will be having a booth at the Community Tent!
We will be showcasing our activities, such as interfaith dialogues and peer support activities, to the public.

About Pink Dot and Humanist Society’s participation
Pink Dot is an event that has occurred annually since 2009 in support of the LGBT community in Singapore. Attendees of Pink Dot events gather to form a “pink dot” to show support for inclusiveness, diversity and the freedom to love.
The location of Pink Dot has always been at Hong Lim Park, New Bridge Rd, Singapore 059299.
The Humanist Society (Singapore) has been supporting Pink Dot since our inception. The Society hopes there can be an increase in space to raise awareness of and respect for LGBTQ persons through public education and media coverage. LGBTQ persons, including children, are often subject to arbitrary discrimination, bullying and harassment, because of personal prejudices and ignorance. The impact of LGBTQ discrimination is also greatly felt by the friends and family of LGBTQ persons, who share in their struggle for acceptance.

- Pre-event planning
- Transport (using storage in a car or van)
- Photography (using a camera or good quality camera phone)
- Public engagement (In shifts and training will be given)
