Social events are one of the most popular gatherings at the Society. They provide a valuable space for humanists, atheists, skeptics, agnostics and other like-minded people to interact and debate with one another. For information of upcoming social events, you can:

Please note that social events are not held every month. They will alternate between our talks and community work.
Some of our long-running social events include:
- Hangout with Humanists – Informal social gatherings with no specific discussion topic
- Humanist Cafe – Facilitating peer support sessions providing emotional support
- Winter Solstice – End-of-year gatherings with dinners, drinks, games and quizzes.
- HSS Barbeque – Started in 2011 and became an near-annual affair ever since.
