We offer internships that are broken into bite-size job scopes, and if you wish to do a 10-12 weeks internship, just let us know and we can combine the responsibilities of two 4-6 weeks internships into one.

Job Description
The Humanist Society Singapore is an mature civil society with many operating processes, some manual and some automated. The society is supported and kept running through fund contributions via membership fees, events fees, and merchandise proceeds. The Web Developer Intern will learn and understand the structure of the society, the key processes keeping it going, and the technology stack behind the website and the CRM. The intern will engage the members and the community to understand their needs and wants in terms of website and members portal, thereafter, the intern will build a members portal to increase membership experience and retention.

Information Security Intern
Job Description
The Humanist Society Singapore is supported and kept running through fund contributions via membership fees, events fees, and merchandise proceeds and thus collects personal information of members and supporters. The personal data entrusted by members and supporters of the society are of utmost importance and needs to be secured and protected effectively. The Information Security Intern will learn and understand the structure of the society, the key processes keeping it going, and the technology stack behind the website and the CRM. Carefully using free and open-source tools, the intern will assess the society website for any vulnerabilities and fix them, as well as to harden the configurations of the website to improve the overall security posture.
Requirements

Graphics & Product Designer Intern
Job Description
The Humanist Society Singapore members and community are proud to identify themselves as humanists and loves good graphics that they can share on their social media and even put a ‘humanist’ mug on their work desk. The Graphics & Product Designer Intern will learn and understand what humanists stand for and what humanism mean to humanists. With the understanding, the intern should be able to come up with graphics that humanists in Singapore would love to print or purchase and wear or display. The intern will be able to see their work printed/produced and used/worn by the many members and community of Humanist Society Singapore.
Requirements
- Graphic design
- An existing portfolio as showcase

- Experience with posters or pins designing
- Experience with info-graphic designing
- Experience with ordering and production of graphical goods
Job Scope / Roles & Responsibilities
- Interview ExCo and members to brainstorm and evaluate product designs
- Design merchandise and online content targeted at the humanists and other non-religious communities in Singapore
- Order and ensure quality of merchandise delivered
