It seems that almost everyone has a controversial opinion these days. How might one navigate such topics and discussions in a civilised, compassionate manner?
The Humanist Society (Singapore) presents What About Cancel Culture: Tackling Controversial Discussions in an Interfaith Space, the first in our series of interfaith dialogues, designed to promote civil discourse, interfaith understanding, and humanism. We’ll be hearing tips from interfaith practitioners on how they handle such topics in their own communities, as well as look into how we can design safe spaces for the broader society to take on the difficult, but necessary conversations.
