Ever wanted to find a group of friends to meditate with? Can’t find the time or place to meditate? Join us every Thursday, 9 – 10 p.m, in an hour-long free and easy mindfulness meditation on ZOOM.

If you are looking to continue your mindfulness practice in a group sitting, or you are just a beginner hoping to get some guidance on practising mindfulness, these weekly mindfulness sessions are just right for you.

Participants will be guided through a short mindfulness practice each session, and will be exposed to different meditation techniques such as awareness of the breath, body scan, and mindful walking. After the practice, participants will perform self-inquiry, and share their practice experience, followed by a discussion on how to apply mindfulness in daily life.
