The speaker is Ms. Chan Sue Mei, Principal Dietitian and Manager of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department in Yishun Community Hospital and the Deputy Head of Nutrition and Dietetics in Yishun Health. She is part of the multidisciplinary team providing inpatient Hospice Palliative Care Service in YCH.
