In collaboration with NEA and the Singapore Glove Project:

The National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA) Council and High Commission of Canada has organized a coastal clean up along Changi beach area on 9 April and would like to extend the invite to Community Volunteers to join in the event.

The objective of the event is to provide Canadian community in Singapore an opportunity to work on a joint community project with the Singaporean community to clean up our coastal area along Changi beach. It is also an excellent opportunity for both the Canadian and Singapore community to learn about our coastal environments and how we all can play a role in keeping our beaches clean for all to enjoy.

The Coastal Clean-Up Community Project Event will be jointly graced by Dr Mohammad Maliki bin Osman, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence and Mayor of South East District and H.E. Heather Grant, High Commissioner of Canada to Singapore.
